Class times and other info

Evening classes – 17:30 – 20:30

Please do not arrive early as we will be busy setting up.

Cost p/p/p/class: R480 (including set of recipes, food tasting and beverages)
Price varies with hands on classes (R550.00p/p)

All classes start and end promptly at the times given, so if you arrive late be prepared to catch up. Please be sensitive to the assistants and don’t make them stay over time.

Class Dates
Class dates are scheduled in advance and the class schedule is available on the calendar (link to calendar). You can also receive it via email, please let me know and I will send them to you.
Every effort is made to have a range of classes over each term, but not every class is offered every term (you are most welcome to make your own group booking as we offer corporate team building demo evenings, minimum of 12p) 0842313332, office hours

The schedule is subject to change without notice.
Any classes that do not meet the minimum requirement of confirmed attendees (8p) before the cut-off date will be cancelled.

Cancellation of classes
Classes may be cancelled at my discretion and will be cancelled if the minimum number of confirmed attendees has not been met by the class booking cut-off date.

Booking cut-off date
All bookings must be made at least one week before the class is scheduled to run.
Late bookings will be considered on a case by case basis.
If the minimum number of bookings is not met by the 1 week cut-off then the class will automatically be cancelled.

Most of the classes require quite a lot of preparation and shopping, so this is done well in advance of the class.

The person that makes the booking is solely responsible for the payment of the class fee.
If you book for a friend then you are also responsible for that payment.
All class bookings must be paid in full when the booking is made. If you have not paid for the class then your booking is not confirmed.

If you are unable to attend the class for any reason please let me know as soon as possible.
